The Quality Assurance Program is designed to uphold a quality level that Fully Staffed Quality Assurance Department meets or exceeds the contractual agreement. Through constant improvement in technology, coating methods and waste management, our goal is to produce exceptional finishes to support our customers' continuing growth..

To this end, Quality Product Finishing Inc. has put in place an innovative system of planning and reporting that form a certifiable tracking record of each customer order processed. Records include materials, operators, processes and corresponding dates. Product and Process Certifications are available upon written request.

We understand that the Quality Assurance Program offered on each customer order requires open communication with our customers and product suppliers. Any changes to materials used can impact the finished product, therefore any variation from the accepted standard requires notification to reduce delays in processing, added expense and waste by-products.

We use the following ASTM standard test method for:

D 3363-92a	Film hardness by pencil test.
D 3359-97	Measuring adhesion by tape test.
D 4060-95	Abrasion resistance of organic coatings by the Taber Abraser.
D 1729-96	Standard practice for visual appraisal of colors and color differences of diffusely illuminated opaque materials.
D 117-97	Standard practice for operating salt spray (fog) apparatus.
E 308-96	Standard practice for computing the colors of objects by using the CIE system.
