Quality Product Finishing Inc. has made a large number of major commitments and financial investments in order to improve product quality, while reducing production costs, air emissions and all forms of generated waste.
Our investments in both manual and automatic conveyorized powder coating lines have increased the overall product coating capacity at Quality Product Finishing.
Quality Product Finishing is committed to protecting the environment. Solvent based cleaning has been reduced by switching to water based cleaning processes on the conveyorized powder coating lines. Installing water based cleaning processes reduced the VOC emissions and required investments in waste water treatment equipment to clean up the rinse water before discharge under a TPDES state permit.
