With over 30 years in the coating industry and an 80,000 square foot facility, we have the capacity and the specialized staff to meet your needs. Whatever your industry, our technicians are able to apply the coatings for your specific needs.

Powder Coated Valves Quality Product Finishing Inc. has achieved “Vendor Approved Status” for applied coatings in the oilfield and petrochemical related industries. We can coat your product with wet process catalyzed coatings such as epoxy, polyurethane, polysiloxane, polyester, polyamide, acrylic, hi-solids coatings, primers and top coats.

We offer a wide range of thin film engineered fluoropolymer coatings. (i.e.: PTFE, FEP, PFA, MOS2, PPS, ECTFE, PVDF)

Large industrial and offshore equipment including valves, compressor stations, generators, pump station packages, tanks, hose and wire reels, refinery columns and small offshore structures are also cleaned and coated at Quality Product Finishing.

We can provide industrial 3-coat systems for coating skids or skid mounted assemblies, Industrial Skid Mounted Assembly valves and pumps, protective coatings for well head equipment or industrial coatings to withstand the harshest environments.

Whether you require wet painting with conveyorized infrared oven curing, catalyzed wet coatings for skid mounted assemblies, or multi-part coatings for heat sensitive components, we have the coating process for you.

Indoor abrasive blasting gives the protective coating, whether it be zinc primer, powder coating, epoxy or polyurethane, a clean profiled surface for superior adhesion.

Zinc Phosphating or Iron Phosphating can also be specified to enhance the coating adhesion and other qualities of the protective coating you choose.
